My name is Gabriel Maldonado. I started pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mathematics. I am involved with the soccer team here at Adams State University. I love the outdoors. I speak two languages, English and Spanish.

Significant Life Experience

Some things that played a big part of my life are my soccer career, high school experience, most if not all of the trips I've taken, the opportunities I've been given to further progress my self.

Influential Figures

Some of the most influential people in my life are my parents, my grandparents, my brother, especially my aunt, and lastly a lot of my personal role models who are famous and had a tough road to their own success.

Personal Goals and Aspirations

Some of my personal goals in life would be getting a bachelors degree, taking my talents as far as I can without putting them to waste, and lastly, one up-upping my parents in basically anything and everything I do.

Why I Chose Asu

I chose to chase a college degree because it always just seemed like the necessary next step in my life. I chose ASU for many reasons like the size and the close community, the sports, the typical American college experience, and the relative location of Colorado.

My goal is to complete my strengthening of my knee and get it to 100%.

I'll be able to keep track of my goal by seeing the progression with my exercises and the size and strength of my left leg.

I have had lots of time to work on my knee in the past so I should be able to apply that for this goal.

I need to reach this goal because I am an athlete and need to be at my best for the competition as well as a healthy life.

I would like to be able to get my knee in tip top shape by the time I am an upper classman.

My goal is to get myself more acquainted with living life on my own and taking care of myself.

I'll be able to keep track of my goal by comparing the amount of tasks I have done that my parents usually would do.

I will be able to develop the skill set needed for living on my own slowly as I practice more.

I want to reach this goal because I'll be living on my own for permanently in the coming years.

I want to be able to have most if not all of these skills needed by the end of my first and second year of college.

My goal is to graduate college with a bachelor's degree.

I'll be able to keep track of my goal by the amount of necessary credits needed for my certain major.

I will develop the necessary skills needed for those harder classes that I lack as I encounter the need to learn them.

This is very important to achieve because it's the next step for me to live a successful happy life.

This should only take the typical four years, maybe even sooner.
