Leadership Philosophy
Pursuing a good and wealthy life in leadership is good for everyone not just yourself. Listening to all of those strong leaders from Brene Brown talking about being empathetic towards others, to Simon Sinek talking about having a vision or just cause that has the three qualities: resilience, durability, and service orientated. Even if you're talking about the different types of leaders you see either in the workforce, all around even not in a leadership position, or even the difference between the charismatic leaders or transformational leaders. Being a good and effective leader is only a good thing, it provides confidence and good feeling for everyone around you as well as for yourself.

Be the leader needed for everyone around to build them up and be a driving factor for their success and proceed to be a lifelong learner in the face of leadership

Stay true to your own self values, this will drive you to become the person, the leader, and successful being you want to become.

Step to the plate and become a better you for you and for others.
